FTMO is a prop firm (Proprietary Trading Firm) that lets qualified individuals to trade company's funds for the share of profit.

FTMO qualification for traders consist of two steps:

• FTMO Challenge- this is a basic evaluation of traders skills and discipline. Participants of the challenge need to pay fees that vary based on the selected account size, leverage, and the risk mode.
• FTMO Verification is a second step that follows successful completion of the challenge. Verification is free, the rules resemble the Challenge rules with the longer time interval and half the profit target

Successful FTMO traders are paid up to 90% of the generated profits monthly and also entitled for account scaling up plan of 25% capital increase every 4 months with no cap.

Thats mean that they will hire the winner in the challenge that they will create, and the winner will trade with the money of the company.
