Making everyone feel like they're part of the same team when the company is growing everywhere is a big job. Step one: make a clear mission that everyone gets. It needs to be something everyone can get behind, no matter where they're from.
Step two: talk a lot. Use lots of different ways to talk, like online meetings and sharing info in different languages. Keep everyone in the loop with updates from the boss. Say good things about what people are doing all over the world.
Teach everyone about each other's cultures so they understand and get along better.
