Although obtaining high-quality backlinks quickly may seem like a difficult task, it is undoubtedly achievable with the correct strategy. I had very little traffic and no backlinks when I first started my blog. I would notify the owner of the website via email about the broken link and advise them to replace it with a link to my content. In fact, some of them said yes, and those were backlinks of excellent quality.
Publishing list posts or statistics roundups was one tactic that gave me quick wins. Other bloggers in need of references frequently cite these kinds of posts. For instance, a week after I published a post outlining the top SEO tools for 2025, another website included a link to it in their own piece.
Lastly, I developed the practice of regularly sharing my content on social media and contacting the individuals I had mentioned in my posts. I would email or tag another blogger if I mentioned them in a post about a tool. On occasion, they linked to the article on their website or shared it.
