A single battle turned the tides of war, as the fallen corpse of an upper demon was laid forth by Toni, a demon who willingly fought alongside the human survivors. With our hope reignited, and with Toni's help, we were able to harness the source of the demon's power, its ki. We reverse-engineered it and laced it with our own technology. This newly developed power became known as Demontech, and it was the only thing proven effective against the invaders. We forged the Demontech into bodies of armor based on Toni, synthetic androids known as Hollows. Humanity has finally gained the foothold it needs to counter the demon onslaught; and you, as their commander, will take control over Demontech and fight. The Hollows are at your service.
